Shipping Conditions
1. Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Fast delivery within 1-3 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery to selected countries within 7-14 business days.
2. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: For orders over 100 euros.
- Flat Rate Shipping Costs: A fee 7,90 euros in Austria and 12,90 euros in the Euro-zone of the applies for orders under the minimum value.
- Additional Charges: Extra costs may apply for express and international deliveries. If your countries isn’t available at checkout, please contact us for further assistance.
3. Package Tracking
- All orders can be tracked via the confirmation email.
4. Delivery Locations
- Domestic: Shipping within the country.
- International: We deliver to selected countries. Please check availability.
5. Delivery
- Delivery will be made to the specified address.
- Alternatively, you can choose a pickup location if available.
